By booking a package with Himpath Trek Guides & Travels, you agree to the following:

• All bookings are confirmed only on receipt of the booking amount.
• Itineraries may change due to weather, road, or administrative reasons — we always try to offer the best alternative.
• Travellers are expected to be reasonably fit for the trek chosen; consult a doctor if you have prior medical conditions.
• You are responsible for personal documents, insurance and valuables.
• Any damage to hotel property, vehicles or equipment caused by the traveller will be borne by the traveller.
• Himpath is not liable for losses caused by natural events, government actions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
