Refund Policy

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after cancellation approval.
- Non-refundable government permit fees will be deducted.
- Refunds for helicopter tickets are as per the operator's own policy.
- Any bank charges levied on refunds are borne by the traveller.
